Had to choose between a seat by the window with a glare or a wobbly table near the bathroom, and I went with the glare thinking I could angle my laptop, but now I'm basically coding in a mirror.

Ended up using my jacket as a makeshift curtain for 3 hours in Denver, so has anyone found a good portable anti-glare screen that actually fits in a backpack?

Seriously? You're overcomplicating this. Just move seats. The glare will change in an hour anyway when the sun moves. Those portable screens are a waste of money and a hassle to set up. Your jacket was the right call, cheap and it worked. Stop buying gear to solve simple problems.

Your "just move seats" idea doesn't work when the train is packed.
