Barista called me out on my 'camouflage' order and I changed my whole routine

Was at Blue Bottle in downtown Austin last week and the barista flat out said my usual order was just "coffee flavored milk." He was right, I was getting a vanilla latte with extra cream just to avoid tasting the actual espresso. Switched to a cortado and now I actually finish my drink before it gets cold.

Wait hold on, someone actually called you out for that? That's wild. I can't believe people have the nerve to judge what someone else orders. Like who made them the coffee police or whatever. I mean yeah maybe it's technically a milkshake but who cares as long as it's good.
