Thought pour-over was overhyped, then I tried a $25 dripper on a whim

I used to think people were just flexing with their gooseneck kettles and fancy recipes, but my cousin in Austin let me try her ceramic V60 last Saturday and the flavor difference was wild, like night and day from my old drip machine. She didn't even weigh anything, just eyeballed it, and I'm honestly questioning my whole setup now. Anyone else flip on a method after one random brew like that?
