Just crossed 500 home espresso shots this morning and it hit me how far I've come
That 500th pull came out perfectly balanced and I finally felt like I wasn't just guessing anymore, has anyone else tracked a specific milestone like that?

Tracking numbers like that is a funny thing with any hobby. It is less about the number and more about noticing how much your muscle memory has quietly taken over.
