I finally realized grinding beans finer isn't always the answer for better espresso
After 3 months of choking my machine with a setting that was way too fine because everyone online swears by it, I backed off 4 clicks on my Baratza and actually got a decent shot that didn't taste like burnt rubber, so why does the whole coffee world act like finer is always better?

4 clicks on a Baratza is basically a whole new world honestly. I mean finer isn't always better, just different.
