Finally pulled the trigger on a proper grinder
Spent about $150 on a manual burr grinder after years of using pre-ground stuff. The difference in my morning cup (especially with a light roast from Guatemala) is honestly wild. Anyone have tips for dialing in the grind size for a French press?

years of using pre-ground stuff" is a crime scene we've all walked away from. welcome to the club where your biggest problem is now having too many good options.

too many good options" is the real curse, just ask @victorcoleman. I spent a week deciding between two beans last month and ended up buying nothing out of pure panic.
