Adjusting my burr grinder transformed my daily drink

I tweaked my grinder settings last week. The difference in taste is huge. My morning cup is now smooth and full-bodied. It's amazing how one adjustment can change everything. Totally worth the effort.

Disagree that grinder tweaks make such a huge difference. I adjusted mine repeatedly and it just made the taste unpredictable, sometimes too weak or oddly bitter. Fresh beans and clean water changed my coffee way more than any setting. All that fiddling feels like chasing a hype that isn't there for everyone.

Yeah, I get that. I had the same problem with my grinder making things worse. What finally helped was changing only one thing at a time and writing it down. I kept a little notebook with the setting, how much coffee I used, and what it tasted like. After a week I saw a pattern and found two settings that worked for my usual beans. Now I only adjust if I switch bean types.
