Update: How a fixed daily hour helped me learn coding remotely
Working from home made it hard to focus on learning JavaScript. My team lead suggested dedicating the first hour of my day to coding drills. I was skeptical, but it built a consistent habit. After a month, I could debug simple issues on my own. If you're struggling, try carving out a regular time slot for practice.

It’s wild how putting the hard thing on the calendar actually works. I started doing that with boring life admin stuff and it finally gets done.

Yeah it turns tasks from just ideas into real plans. I break big stuff into smaller calendar blocks so it's less scary. Once it's scheduled you actually have to do it.

Man, I should try that. My version is putting "learn thing" on the calendar and then just staring at the block of time until it passes. Maybe actually opening the laptop would be a good next step.
