Spent 2 hours googling why my CSS grid was breaking and turns out I just needed one line of code I forgot
I found out from a random Stack Overflow post from 2013 that `grid-template-columns: 1fr 1fr` wont work if your container doesnt have a defined width, which feels like a mean prank on beginners.
My buddy Marcus had the same thing happen with a grill he bought. Spent three hours putting it together, then realized the gas line connector was too short for the tank. Had to take the whole bottom shelf apart just to swap in a $4 part from the hardware store. He was so mad he just sat on the back porch staring at the half-built thing for like ten minutes. Said it felt like the instructions were written by someone who never actually touched a grill.
