Small project I finished last night with Python and it felt great

I started learning Python about 3 months ago and last night I finally finished a script that sorts my downloaded recipe files by ingredient. It only took me 6 tries to get it working without errors, but seeing it actually run felt amazing. Has anyone else had that one small project that made everything click for you?

Not to be that person, but sorting recipe files by ingredient is a really clever idea. I have way too many saved recipes and I can never find the one for chicken thighs when I need it. You just gave me a new project to try this weekend. Bet it felt great seeing it finally run without crashing.

Did you catch that article on Lifehacker about organizing digital recipe files? @jasonp71 your idea sounds way more useful than that.
