That Tuesday my coolant pump died and I lost a whole shift
I showed up to the shop last Tuesday and my Haas was making this horrible grinding noise. Took me 45 minutes to figure out the coolant pump seized up and I had to run parts dry. Ended up scrapping 12 out of 30 parts because the chips welded themselves to the cutter. Has anyone else had a pump fail right in the middle of a big job like that?

12 scrap parts used to seem like bad luck to me but now I see it's just bad planning.

Read somewhere that the whole game is designed around needing to scrape parts together like that.
