Ran the same 500 part job on a Haas and an Okuma, and the scrap pile told the story
Swapped our 2014 VF2 for an Okuma Genos last quarter and scrap went from 6% down to under 1% on the same aluminum bracket, mostly because thermal drift on the Haas was killing us after hour 3. Anyone else notice their scrap rate climb through a long run and just blame the tooling?
