I was sure that new coolant additive was just marketing fluff, but after running it for a month in our Haas, the tool life on our 4140 steel jobs has actually doubled.
Has anyone else found a product they doubted that really delivered for a specific material?

Nah, I've been burned too many times by "miracle" additives to buy in now.

Oh man, my buddy was the same way about that new tapping fluid from Tap Magic. He swore it was just repackaged stuff. Then he ran it on some 304 stainless and said he stopped breaking taps cold turkey.
