Thermal bags are way better than I thought, 90 minute delivery proves it
I run a small pasta spot out of my apartment in Austin and always worried about cold noodles, so I tested my new insulated bag with a 6 mile run last Tuesday in the rain. The food still hit 145 degrees when the driver dropped it, which surprised me because my old setup lost heat in like 20 minutes. Has anyone else found that decent bags matter more than recipe tweaks for keeping reviews positive?
