The $40 heated cabinet I mocked is now my best seller

Last month I laughed at a friend who spent $40 on a small heated holding cabinet for her cloud kitchen, but after my fried chicken arrived cold twice in one week and I lost two 5-star ratings, I borrowed hers for a trial run. The difference was so obvious I ordered my own the next day, so has anyone else seen a big jump in review scores just from fixing temperature control?
