Showerthought: my $12 sticker printer did less for reviews than one hand-written note
I printed thank-you labels on every bag for a month and nothing changed, but when I started taping a quick pen-written line with the customer's name on the lid, my 4.2 crept up to 4.7 in three weeks, so has anyone else found that the cheap human touch beats the gear?
