A customer's 2 star review made me rethink my whole packaging setup
Got a review last Tuesday that basically said my food was great but the containers leaked grease all over their car seat. I was annoyed at first, thought they were being dramatic. Then I tested my own boxes with some extra sauce... yeah, they were right. I switched to those 32 oz deli containers with the screw tops for anything saucy, and also started wrapping the boxes in those cheap plastic produce bags before bagging them. It costs me an extra 10 cents per order but I haven't had a leak complaint since. Has anyone else had to eat the cost on packaging after a bad review?
