Used to drive everywhere for groceries, now I walk and bike - here's what changed

For years I'd hop in my car for a 5 minute trip to the store, no second thought. Then last January I started tracking my carbon footprint and saw my car trips were 60% of my emissions. Has anyone else done a hard switch like this or am I just weird about it?

Oh man, that's great! I think we're all finally waking up to how many tiny habits we just never questioned before.

Is that what it was like for you too? It's wild how something so small can feel like such a big change once you actually do it. I'm totally with you on not questioning the little habits, it feels good to finally shake things up though.
