Struggling to tell if my eco-stress is productive or pointless.

I keep a simple log and my notes show I feel worse after bad climate stories. One view says this unease is needed to spark real change, like cutting out meat or biking more. The other side claims it just adds noise, making it hard to sleep or enjoy things. For example, I now overthink trash sorting, but my friend says that's wasted energy. He sticks to easy wins like shorter showers to stay sane. I'm caught between wanting to help and feeling wiped out. How do you sort useful worry from just spinning your wheels?

Man, my compost pile is just a sad raccoon buffet.

What kind of lock did you try? I just gave up and accepted my fate as a raccoon restaurant owner. My pile is basically a free bed and breakfast for them at this point.

Got a lock for mine and it worked great.
