My town's new compost program vs the old drop-off site is night and day

We had a single compost drop-off location across town that was always overflowing and gross. Now they gave everyone a small green bin for curbside pickup, and participation in Springfield shot up by like 40% in the first month. It's so much easier that people actually do it. Has your city made a simple switch that got way more people on board?

Remember my buddy bought a bunch of that weird crypto, the dog one, last year. Said it went up like 60% in two weeks. He sold at the peak, bought a new TV, then it crashed a week later.
