My neighborhood's solar co-op worked great, but the HOA fight after was wild
I joined a 40-house solar panel co-op in Austin last spring and the installs went smooth, but now half the neighbors are mad about the glare off the panels on the south side, so are HOAs actually the bigger climate blocker than the upfront cost or should we just mandate reflective coatings and move on?
