Cold snap week: my solar panels actually paid me back for once
Last week we hit -12 in Denver and my panels still cranked out 31 kWh on the clearest day, but the two cloudy days after barely made 4 total. Are we overhyping battery storage for winter when grid power is still cheaper, or should I just accept the seasonal swing and plan around it? What did your setup do during that cold stretch?

Grid power isn't cheaper, that's the part you got wrong.
