Unpopular opinion: my buddy pulls his battery every winter and I think that's overkill
He read somewhere that a battery left in the cold drops 20 degrees below zero in a Minneapolis garage, so out it comes every November like clockwork. I say a trickle charger on a shelf does the same job without unhooking cables and resetting the radio every spring. What's the real rule here, pull it or leave it on a maintainer?
