That last creosote clog convinced me to ditch flexible rods for rigid ones.
Rigid rods get the job done right the first time.

Rigid rods are the only way to go for serious blockages. Flex lines just fold up when you hit a real clog, which wastes time and money. Trust me, you'll thank yourself after the first tough job.

Totally agree! That solid rod gives you way more scraping power against tough creosote. Makes a huge difference for those nasty, packed-in clogs.
