Paid $45 for a 'skip the line' architecture boat tour pass and we stood in a line anyway
Booked one of those express tickets for the river cruise down by the Michigan Ave bridge because the site said you walk right past everyone. Got there at 6:15 for a 6:30 boat and there was still a huge crowd, plus they board by group number no matter what pass you bought. We waited 40 minutes in the sun and watched people with the regular $35 tickets get on the same boat as us. Save your money and just grab the normal ticket early in the day. Anyone know if the evening cruises are less of a mess or is it like this all summer?
