Tried dry-aging steak in my home fridge for 10 days - got mold I couldn't see
I wrapped a ribeye in cheesecloth and left it on the bottom shelf, thought I was being careful. After day 10 it smelled fine but when I cut into it there was green fuzz deep in the fat. Has anyone actually gotten dry-aging to work in a regular fridge without buying a special setup?

yeah ive been there too. honestly what helped me was just blocking all the notifications for a week and coming back fresh. cleared my head way more than i thought it would.
