Pro tip: keep a backup squeeze bottle of sauce when your Cambro lid cracks mid rush
Mine split at the hinge last Friday during a 40 cover push at 7pm, so I dumped the whole thing into a deli cup and taped the label on top. Anyone got a better fix for those cheap lids, or do you just pitch them once they start to go?
