Update: picked the $5 burrito over the $13 plate at the cart on 5th and it did not go well

Last week I had to choose between the two lunch trucks parked across from each other on 5th, and I went with the cheap burrito because I was short on cash until Friday. Big mistake. The chicken was cold in the middle and I was in the bathroom by 3pm feeling rough. The $13 plate truck has never once done me wrong. Save yourself the trouble and skip the one with the faded menu board, unless you know something I don't. Has anyone actually had a good meal off that cart?
