My uncle in Mesa kept saying the $4.99 rotisserie chicken at Costco is the best cheap meal in town, and I rolled my eyes for two years because who wants to eat chicken in a parking lot. Then I finally grabbed one on a Tuesday and shredded it over rice with a $1.50 bag of frozen veggies, which fed me dinner for four nights at about $1.60 a plate. Now I'm wondering what other grocery store hot bar or deli deals I've been sleeping on, so what's your go to cheap meal that comes ready to eat?
