The deli counter at my Piggly Wiggly screwed up my order last Saturday

I asked for a half pound of their honey turkey and the kid behind the counter gave me a full pound without asking. That's like $8.50 instead of $4.25 I was planning to spend. I had to turn around and ask him to repack it, felt bad but my wallet's too tight for that kind of slip up. Anybody else have a grocery store worker over portion your order on you?

lol I wish they'd over portion me, I always end up with like three sad little slices.

Disagree with you on this one @barbarahill. I actually think most places give you way too much food. A normal person doesn't need a mountain of fries or a bucket of pasta. Three or four slices of something is usually enough for me to feel full without being stuffed. I end up throwing away half my meal when they over portion it, and that just feels wasteful. Maybe I'm weird, but I'd rather have less on my plate and actually finish everything.
