Found a $6 lunch spot near the docks that beats my usual taco truck

Last week I was rinsing a storefront on Harbor Ave and got hungry. A tiny place called Salty's Kitchen had a combo plate with rice, beans, and grilled fish for 6 bucks. My usual taco truck charges 9 now and the portions are smaller. I went back twice and the owner said they keep prices low because they own the building. Anyone else got a hidden spot that schools the popular places?
