Dropped $18 on a food truck "deal" that was mostly rice
Paid $18 for a chicken plate at a truck near downtown Phoenix last Friday and got maybe four small pieces of meat over a mountain of rice. Anyone else notice these "combo" plates are mostly filler now, or did I just pick the wrong truck?
