Watched a guy at a public charger in Austin yank his cable out by the handle like it owed him money

After seeing that, I started wrapping my cable the way EVgo suggests and it hasn't gotten twisted once in 3 months. Has anyone else noticed folks treating cords like they're made of steel?

That cord yanking bothers me less than you'd think. I wrap mine however feels right at the time and the cable holds up fine. People act like these charging cables are fragile glass, but they're built to take a beating from weather and daily use. A little rough handling now and then probably isn't the end of the world for something designed for public use.
