Noticed a free charger was always blocked at my grocery store
I do my weekly shopping at the Kroger on 14th street, and there's a Level 2 charger in the back corner that's almost always blocked by a gas car. Last Tuesday I waited 10 minutes for the owner to come out and move it. Has anyone else dealt with this at their local spots, or do your stores actually enforce the parking rules?

That Kroger needs to put up some proper signs or tow warnings. My local Giant has this problem where delivery trucks block the chargers every single morning. One time a truck driver got mad at me for asking him to move and yelled that he was just unloading. The store manager finally painted the spots green and put up big signs that say "EV CHARGING ONLY - TOW ZONE" and it actually helped a lot. Maybe talk to the store manager about painting the spot or putting up better signs. Some stores just don't get that we need those spots.

@paul_morgan totally agree, the green paint trick actually works wonders at my local Target too.
