I used to plug in at home every night, now I hunt for free spots around Columbus and my bill dropped $47
For two years I just plugged into my garage outlet at 120 volts like it was a religion, and my electric bill crept up to $61 a month extra without me really noticing. Then last April a guy at the Whole Foods on Lane Ave showed me the free Level 2 chargers behind the store, and I started topping off while I grabbed groceries twice a week instead. Is anyone else doing the free-charger shuffle, or am I the only one planning errands around where the juice is free?
