Why does every cat meme in this group use that same Impact font with a white stroke?
I spent 20 minutes last night trying to explain to my friend that the little black outline on the text makes it readable even when your cat is a blurry orange blob, but half the memes here have no outline at all and I literally cannot read them on my phone, has anyone else noticed this or am I just being picky?

You ever tried just putting a dark colored image behind the text before adding it? I used to have the same problem until I started throwing a simple black box behind the words, fixed it right away. Took me like two extra seconds and now I can actually read my own memes.

imo the outline is literally the difference between readable and a mess lol, white stroke is just the easiest way to do it without extra steps. nobody's got time to add a black box for every single meme.
