Paid for a meme generator app and it actually paid off for my page
I used to make all my cat memes in the basic photo editor on my phone for free. It took forever to add text and I could never get the font to look right. Last month I shelled out $12 for a meme maker app called Meme Studio Pro on a whim. I figured I wasted the money at first but after using it for three weeks I am faster and my posts get way more likes. The templates save me time and the text tools let me match the meme format exactly. My cat page went from 200 likes to 800 on a few posts since I switched. Has anyone else tried paying for a meme tool and seen a real difference?

I saw a study saying timing beats tools every time, @king.lisa is spot on.

Kinda misleading to call it a tool when it's really just templates with better text options. I tried a paid app once for my dog account and the thing that actually helped was learning how to resize images properly for each platform, not the templates themselves. Those 800 likes might be more about posting at the right time or using trending formats. Still, if it saved you time and you're happy, $12 is nothing for that boost.
