My cat meme template accidentally became a before and after weight loss ad for my neighbors dog

I made a meme of my cat loafing next to a bag of chips and used it as a before picture, then reused it 6 months later with the same cat next to a salad and someone actually asked what diet pills I was selling, has anyone else had their memes misinterpreted like that?

Cracked up reading this because I once posted a picture of myself holding a sad little spinach wrap and someone asked if I was doing a cleanse. I was just having a bad lunch. The worst part is I actually gained weight that year so my "before" and "after" would have been the same photo with a filter. Now I just stick to posting my cat doing dumb stuff and let people draw their own wild conclusions.
