Skeptical about seam sealer until a bathroom job changed my mind
I always thought seam sealer was just extra cost until I had a bathroom carpet job last spring where the old seams were popping. Customer wanted it done right so I tried a roll of stretch-in seam sealer for the first time. Has anyone else found a brand that actually sticks better in humid rooms?

oh yeah humid rooms are a whole different beast lol. i tried the roberts brand on a bathroom floor last fall and it actually held up way better than the cheap stuff. the key for me was letting the seam sealer cure for a full 24 hours before any foot traffic, even though the bottle says 12. that extra time made a huge difference, no popping or lifting at all.

Roberts is my go to for anything adhesive related. It's like how people swear by certain dish soaps for hard water spots, same idea but for floors. The extra cure time is the real hack though, applies to caulk too honestly.
