Watched my neighbor's deck go from gray and splintered to looking brand new in one weekend
He power washed it Saturday, let it dry a full day, then brushed on a oil-based stain Sunday and by Monday it looked like different wood. Made me wonder how many decks I've torn out over the years that just needed a good cleaning and a recoat, anyone here had a client shocked by how much a simple refinish saved them?
