Thought the whole "side hustle" thing was overblown until I tried it
I spent years thinking side gigs were just for people who couldn't budget right. Then my AC died last July in Phoenix and the repair was $2,400. Started doing weekend moving jobs through a friend's company and made back that money in 6 weeks. Has anyone else had a wake-up call that changed their mind about something they swore they'd never do?

Man I had the exact same thing happen when my fridge went out last summer. Picked up some night shifts at a warehouse and had it paid off in a month, totally changed my view on side work lol.

Wait wait wait... a MONTH? For a warehouse night shift? That's insane actually. Idk how you guys are finding these gigs that pay off big expenses so fast. I mean the AC thing took me 6 weeks of hauling furniture in 115 degree heat which was brutal enough. But a whole fridge in a month? That's wild to me. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places but that seems almost too good to be true for side work.
