Sharing my agenda before meetings fixed my biggest issue
I used to get talked over all the time. Now I send out a quick list of topics, and everyone stays on track.

That feeling of getting steamrolled in meetings is the worst. Sending that list ahead of time really does force people to pay attention. It's a simple move that commands way more respect.
