Sharing my agenda before meetings fixed my biggest issue

I used to get talked over all the time. Now I send out a quick list of topics, and everyone stays on track.

That feeling of getting steamrolled in meetings is the worst. Sending that list ahead of time really does force people to pay attention. It's a simple move that commands way more respect.

Man, @parkerw21, you hit the nail on the head with that steamrolled feeling. Sending a list ahead is such a smart move to take back control. It forces everyone to come prepared, which changes the whole tone of the meeting. I've found that even a short list can make a huge difference in how people engage. Really solid advice.

So with that quick list, how do you keep it from getting ignored?
