Serious question, my old boss said don't job hop and I stayed 4 years, now I'm stuck at $17 an hour
He said loyalty pays off and I'd get promoted if I just kept my head down, but the guy hired after me makes $23 doing the same routes. Did staying put ever actually work out for anyone, or did I just waste 4 years?
