My performance review went sideways because I didn't track my projects

My manager in Austin said I had 'no quantifiable impact' last quarter. How do you guys keep a simple record of your wins for review season?

Oh man, I just scribble stuff on a sticky note and hope for the best...

Ugh, that's rough. I just forward myself any nice email from a coworker and dump them in a folder.
