My tape game changed after one soggy Saturday in Seattle
I used to just slap any old packing tape on my box forts and call it good, but then a rainy day in Seattle turned my whole castle into a droopy mess in like 2 hours. Now I use filament tape with a dispenser, costs about $8 a roll, and it holds corners way better when the humidity hits. Anyone else switch up their adhesive routine after a build collapsed on them?
Remember that filament tape can also tear your cardboard surface if you pull it too tight, so go easy on the tension or you'll end up with shredded flaps. Just a heads up from someone who learned that the hard way.
