My neighbor said skip the tape and just score the folds, and my 6 foot castle tower actually stands up
I spent two weekends on a castle tower for my kid's birthday, and it kept leaning like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. My neighbor Dale, who used to work at a box plant in Baltimore, told me to stop taping every edge and just score the fold lines with a dull box cutter, then bend them tight. I tried it on the next tower and it stood straight on the first try, no tape needed on the corners. Now I'm wondering if scoring works just as good on curved pieces like a drawbridge arch, has anyone tried that?
