Hit 31 boxes used in one fort build and my back still hurts

I was counting up the boxes for my latest living room fort and landed at 31, which is a new record for me. Turns out stacking that many just for a tunnel and tower section creates some serious stability issues when you have to crawl through it. Anyone else track their box counts for builds, or am I just weird about it?

Dude 31 is crazy, my record is like 18 and the whole thing collapsed on me twice.
