Found a scale online that shows how much weight your tent actually loses when it gets wet.
Weighed my 3-person tent dry and then after a night of rain, it gained almost 2 pounds from water absorption, and the manufacturer’s specs never mention that anywhere.

Wait, a tent being soggy is actually worse than gaining two pounds? Feels like a bit of a stretch to me.
