Back in 2015 I'd spend an hour cleaning a mirror box with a brush and blower, now I just dunk the whole assembly in an ultrasonic tank for 10 minutes.

Notice how many things we used to baby that we now just throw in the wash. Good knives, expensive sneakers, fancy headphones. The shift from careful ritual to just getting it clean feels like a quiet win for common sense.
