Velcro strips behind my desk, what a game changer

Been fighting with a mess of wires behind my standing desk for almost a year. Tried zip ties but they made it worse whenever I needed to move a cord. Someone in the comments here mentioned using adhesive velcro strips instead. Picked up a pack of them for like $6 at the hardware store. Ran them along the underside of my desk and just stuck each cord bundle to them. Now I can swap out my monitor cable in under 30 seconds without pulling everything apart. Has anyone else found a cheap fix that made a bigger difference than expected?
